What is a health coach?
An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach focuses on nutrition, physical activity, relationships, career, and spirituality. These elements can impact markers of health such as stress, weight, and energy levels. The relationship between food and lifestyle and how they both affect health is the primary focus of an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
How long do sessions last?
A session usually runs 50 minutes and can be facilitated in person, on the phone or via skype/facetime.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions can be help in person if you are local to Chapel Hill, NC or in an area that I am traveling to – otherwise we can utilize the latest technology to do the sessions – phone or online.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, and venmo, paypal, cash, gold, silver and chickens.
How long before any progress?
Typically, progress is made from the first free Health History overview. It continues from there.
